Phil Light

I joined Sydney Mitchell in January 2012.

Throughout my 16 year career I have covered a wide spectrum of estate agency work both with corporate, independent and letting companies.

Having lived in the Solihull area for many years I have a lot of knowledge of the local market which I use to help home owners in their quest to move.

I was educated in the area, as have my three children; two have gone on to find careers in their respective fields with the third still in education.  So when looking to move please don’t hesitate to give me a call and share in my experience of the area.
